If you long to be writer, but don’t write, have brilliant ideas for a business but haven’t started it yet or know what you’d love to do but keep putting it off, you already know resistance. Resistance is that invisible but tangible avoidance of doing what we’d most love to do and would be meaningful to us. But the good news is that you can learn to beat it and realise your own potential. I wonder if 80% of human talent, potential and possibility go unrealised because of our resistance. If you recognise that you are in resistance, (and most of us are to some extent) then you can learn how to grow bigger than your fear and resistance.
